I'm sure we have all felt broken up or damaged at some point by the people around us, we've been hurt and we've hurt others, but that's life. We thrive to come on top of these sufferings to be whole again. We have been and we will be made anew after each suffering, with the support from the ones we love, from our mentors, from our spiritual guidances, and/or even from strangers that we meet. Life is a cycle, history repeats, but never lose hope.
